Practicing in the field of substance abuse and mental health for over 26 years, Pamela is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Addictions Professional. She specializes in the treatment of Co-occurring Diagnoses, Trauma Therapy andFamily Systems. Her professional career began by working with the street–bound homeless severe persistent mentally ill, where she provided clinical services to the most resistant–to–treatment individuals while working at an “alternative to prison” facility.
Over the past 20 years, Pamela has been providing clinical services and supervision to guests and their families – helping them cope with substance dependence, mental health, and trauma issues. She focuses on both the needs of the client as well as the family. By providing information, education, support, and guidance to both client and family, Pamela, along with her team, affords the greatest potential for healing.
She has a track record of successfully developing programs and overseeing facilities management, clinical operations, as well as admissions and administrative teams at several large treatment centers throughout the state. Her strength as a leader lies in her ability to foster an environment that promotes healing, understanding, and growth for staff and guests alike.

Erin has been practicing as a Registered Nurse for 38 years in State of Florida, with emphasis in Critical Care Cardiovascular Medicine and experience in the field of Chemical Dependency. In addition to her broad experience in cardiology, she has served as Director of Nursing within the inpatient substance abuse treatment setting, as well as out-patient setting. Additionally, she worked closely with the Intervention Project for Nurses as an approved facilitator monitoring and mentoring nurses recovering from various forms of addiction. She brings experience and skills vital to assisting patients with symptom stabilization for withdrawal, depression, anxiety, and sleep disturbance. Her goal is to provide services and education that maximize the health and wellbeing of our clients from the “whole person” health perspective. This includes education pertaining to applicable health conditions, medication, nutrition, exercise, and rest , with emphasis on the impact that health practices have on recovery and the role that self-neglect plays in relapse.

Erin is a fourth generation Floridian, married to Robert, also a native Floridian, for 32 years. They make their home in Eustis. Erin is an avid horse woman, and is the proud owner of “Cool Jazz”, her Racking Horse Mare. Another rival for her affections is her cat Emmi, whom she rescued 1year ago. That completes her family and her joy!
